Good afternoon, Laura. I have a couple of questions. First, I did not receive an e-mail with the password I could use in case I have trouble accessing the college. Is this because I've been using one you assigned last term when the "trouble" first started (I was having a great deal of trouble accessing the college with my password at that point in time).
Second, I looked at my portfolio and it is missing most of the information. Is that because you've not had the opportunity to upload the information yet? Or will I need to do this myself?
