2016 Canine and Feline Academic Residency Labs

Dear Students,

The 5-day, 45 contact hour on-site segment of ANS 6201 Canine Behavior Residency lab is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 18th and end on Friday, April 22nd, 2016 at ACAS Dream Pond Science Field Station and Reserve in Crescent City, Florida.

The 5-day, 45 contact hour on-site segment of ANS 6210 Feline Behavior Residency lab is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 25th and end on Friday, April 29th, 2016 at ACAS Dream Pond Science Field Station and Reserve in Crescent City, Florida.

The field station is an approximate 90 minute drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Local accommodations are readily available and room and transportation sharing may be arranged privately between students if desired.  You may find links for lodging in the Student Support center topic four on the virtual campus. 

Successful completion of the perquisite course ANS 6151 Canine Behavior and Intervention and ANS 6152 Feline Behavior and Intervention is required in the Master’s program in order to register for these ARL's . ARLS are offered only once a calendar year. Be sure to register if you need this ARL in order to effectively progress through your program.
